INGREDIENTS

1 pound fresh Shrimp Peeled & De-veined

2 tablespoons Adams Reserve SW Ancho Rub

1 tablespoon  Ottavio Olive Oil

½ jar Roberts Reserve Pineapple Habanero Dip

¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Toss shrimp in a bowl with oil and rub.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place shrimp in hot skillet and cook  30-45 seconds per side.
  3. Pour Pineapple Hab sauce into pan and glaze shrimp.
  4. Top with cilantro before serving. Serve alone, over rice, or with noodles.
