Cooking Time: 2 to 3 hours

INGREDIENTS:
1 Jar Better Than Good Moppin’ Sauce
½ bottle of beer (Preferably Dark Beer)
1-2 South Texas Pork Rib-eye Roasts
1 Jar Adams Reserve SW or SW Ancho Rub
1 TBSP Grape seed oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Rub Pork thoroughly with seasoning.
- Brown with grape seed oil in a skillet.
- Place fully browned roast in crock pot or roaster with jar of sauce mix over the top.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until fork tender.
