Grilled Sausage Po Boy with Fresh Pineapple Salsa

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 Package HEB Fresh Sausage, flavor of choice
½ Jar Robert’s Reserve Pineapple Habanero
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, cubed
½ Red Onion, sliced thinly
4 French Rolls, toasted
1. Heat grill over medium-high heat.
2. Sear sausage on grill, turning every three minutes until cooked through.
3. In a bowl, mix pineapple, cilantro, onion, and Pineapple Habanero dip.
4. Place cooked sausage on a roll and top with fresh pineapple mixture. Enjoy!
