Grilled Pork with Red Pepper Orange Glaze

4 H-E-B Pork Ribeyes
1 Jar Robert’s Reserve Hatch Jam or Red Pepper Dip
¼ cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Rub
2 Tablespoons Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
1. Coat pork with oil and rub, and set aside.
2. Heat grill over medium heat and cook pork for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
3. In a small saucepan, heat jam or dip with orange juice to a simmer.
4. Serve sauce over pork and enjoy.
