Grilled Filet of Beef With Green Onion Finishing Oil

INGREDIENTS:
4 Filet Mignon Steaks
1 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Rub, per steak
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season steak with rub and set aside.
2. Heat grill over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 2 to 3 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or until desired doneness.
3. Serve steaks with Green Onion Finishing Oil.
Green Onion Finishing Oil
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
½ cup Ottavio Italian Olive Oil
· Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients. Serve over any grilled meat or vegetable.
