1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons HEB Basting Oil
2 tablespoon Adam’s Reserve Southwest Ancho Rub
- Toss shrimp with basting oil and season with rub.
- Grill shrimp or 1-2 minutes per side OR pan sear, 1-2 minutes per side, flipping shrimp only once.
- Finish shrimp with a drizzle of basting oil. Great on top of salads and tossed with pasta.
