Fiesta Grilled Fries
Cooking Time: 15 min
3 LBS Russet Potatoes
3 TBSP HEB Basting Oil (split)
2 TBSP Adams Reserve Kicked Up Chicken Rub
1 TBSP Sea Salt
1.Pre-heat grill to 400F. Cut potatoes into wedges and place into large pot with cold water and sea salt.
2.Boil potatoes until slightly undercooked.
3.Drain potatoes thoroughly and toss in half of oil and seasoning.
4.Place on grill 3-4 minutes/side.
5.When golden brown and delicious on all sides, remove and toss in remaining oil.
6.Garnish with chives, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

1 Jar HEB: That Green Sauce
1 PKG HEB: Ready, Fresh, Go- Pico de Gallo
1 PKG HEB: In-House Made Guacamole
1 Poblano Pepper (Roasted and Chopped)
1 PKG Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1.Pre-heat grill to 400F. Place burger on grill 4-5 min/side, flipping only once.
2.Move to the low side of the grill, drizzle with sauce and close lid for 5-10 min.
3.When finished assemble bun, guacamole, pico, burger and roasted peppers.
