1.Pre-heat grill to 400F. Cut potatoes into wedges and place into large pot with cold water and sea salt.2.Boil potatoes until slightly undercooked.3.Drain potatoes thoroughly and toss in half of oil and seasoning.4.Place on grill 3-4 minutes/side.5.When golden brown and delicious on all sides, remove and toss in remaining oil.6.Garnish with chives, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
