3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 pound fresh lump crabmeat, picked over for shells (HEB Seafood Department)

1 1/2 Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 cup minced yellow onion

2 tablespoon minced celery

2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 egg, lightly beaten

4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3/4 teaspoon Crystal hot sauce

3/4 cup crushed butter crackers

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 (6-8 ounces) fresh gulf flounder fillets, skinless, pin bones removed

2 lemons, 1 cut into wedges and 1 cut into slices for serving

3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, for drizzling over the fish
