Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

1 Jar of Cookwell and Company’s Two-Step Gumbo Mix
2 lb chicken, either HEB Fully Cooked or boil 4 split breasts
1 bag frozen okra
2 cups Central Market Organic Chicken Broth
1 package of sausage (andouille), sliced
2 tablespoons Adam’s Reserve Cajun Rub
¼ cup white wine, optional
1. Heat a large pot on Medium-High heat.
2. Season and sauté Sausage and Cajun seasoning for 5 minutes.
3. Add Cookwell and Company Two Step Gumbo Mix, broth, white wine, and okra. Bring to a boil and let simmer about 10 minutes
4. Serve over rice.
