Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Red Curry Honey Sauce

1 package Hill Country Fair Chicken Tenders OR Thinly Sliced Breasts
1 jar Global Palate Thai Red Curry Sauce, divided use
1 package HEB Ready! Fresh! Go! Lettuce Leaves, of choice
1 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup peanuts, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Wonton strips or Chow Mein noodles as garnish (optional)
1. Marinate chicken in ½ jar of the Thai Red Curry Sauce for at least one hour.
2. In a bowl, mix remaining Thai Red Curry Sauce with mayonnaise, honey, peanuts, and cilantro.
3. Heat grill to medium-high and grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side OR heat skillet to medium-high and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side. *may need to reduce heat of chicken in skillet to medium
4. Place cooked chicken inside lettuce wrap, top with curry sauce, and wonton strips, if desired.
