INGREDIENTS

1 package green beans, rinsed

1-2 tablespoons Better Than Good Bacon Jam

1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil

¼ cup onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil green beans in water for 4-5 minutes or until beans are bright green and tender.

  • Rinse beans in cold water.

  • Heat skillet to medium high. Add oil and onion. Until onions are transparent.  

  • Add beans and sauté  for 2-3 minutes. Add bacon jam. Stir beans until lightly coated with jam.

  • Remove from heat and enjoy!
