Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2-4

 

Ingredients: 

½ pkg Coleslaw or Broccoli Slaw Mix

¼ cup Mama Tang’s Asian Vinaigrette, Regular or Spicy

1 cup Cooked Rice

1 Tbsp Adam’s Reserve House All Purpose Rub

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Egg

Soy sauce, optional

 

Directions:

Heat a large sauté pan or wok on med high heat with oil.

Scramble one egg then add slaw, vinaigrette and soy sauce. Sauté 5 minutes. Then add rice. Pan Fry till all liquid is absorbed.

Add in Shrimp, chicken, or pork for a full meal
