HOUSTON -

Happy Friday! We're starting a new project here on the KPRC Prime Blog. Every week or so, we'll be having a guest panelist or two talk about some of the other NBC Primetime shows that don't get covered on the blog.

This week, we're featuring our Promotion and Community Relations Producer Eric Greene!

Check out Eric's thoughts on The New Normal:

“I like that it’s an adult comedy with adult type of humor as opposed to 7 o’clock comedy. Very edgy! It’s like a Sour Patch Kid- salty and tangy on the outside but sweet on the inside.”

In more NBC news, the new season of Saturday Night Live premieres this Saturday, and there seem to be a few changes to the usual cast of impersonations. Jay Pharoah will replace Fred Armisen as President Barack Obama, and it looks like Jason Sudeikis, who was rumored to be leaving this season, will be sticking around, if only for a little while. Sudeikis, who does an uncanny impersonation of Mitt Romney, will be with SNL through the political season.

We'll see you next week for more on The Voice, Go On and the premiere of Revolution!

Thanks for reading, and as always, thanks for watching KPRC Local 2!
