One of the most talked about moments of Super Bowl 50 was Eli Manning's expression after his brother, Peyton, threw a touchdown in the fourth-quarter that basically sealed the Denver Broncos' victory.
The camera panned up to the area where the Manning family was sitting after the touchdown. Everyone was cheering and jumping up and down, but Eli showed no emotion. It didn't take long for GIFs, Vine videos and memes of his reaction to circulate the Internet.

Peyton Manning talked about his brother's reaction on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon.
"I think he was analyzing the game and kind of into the game like I would be as if he was playing it," Peyton Manning said.
He joked saying it wasn't the first time he has seen that look from Eli Manning
"When I saw that clip, Jimmy, I've seen that look before. I recognized it. In some other big moments in my life, he's kind of had that similar expression," he said.
