Katy Perry and Russell Brand have signed off on their divorce without fanfare, but with plenty of happy faces and hearts.

According to court documents dated February 7, Perry and Brand have "entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues," including how they'll separate their property and assets.

Brand, 36, initiated their split on December 30 by filing for divorce in California, citing irreconcilable differences. A separate court document dated February 8 grants the couple their divorce, which will be official on July 14.

The papers also show that Perry, 27, terminated the court's ability to give Brand spousal support.

People magazine cites an anonymous source who claims that when the two married in October of 2010, they didn't sign a prenuptial agreement. Although Brand would reportedly be entitled to half of what pop star Perry earned during their marriage, it's been said that the Brit comedian and actor isn't interested in taking any money from his ex.

Perry, who signed her court documents with her name, a happy face and a heart, also requested that her name be legally restored to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.
