- General: This is a call in contest sponsored by KPRC TV.By calling the contest phone number following the announcement the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Contest runs one time on March 10, March 11, March 12, March 13, 2008, during the newscast between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. The final drawing for a winner will be on March 13 between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. All times in this contest refer to Central Time.By entering the phone-in contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. Sponsor reserves the right towithdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this contest.How to Enter: A "call now to win" announcement will be made in a segment of KPRC's 6 am-7 am newscast. The qualifying entrant will be the 12th caller following the announcement in the 6 am-7 am newscast. Following the registration of 4 "qualifiers," a winner will be selected on Friday by drawing the names from a bowl.Prize: The prize is registration for 4 people at the Tour de Houston and 4 new bikes from Sun and Ski Sports. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no substitutions will be made for this prize. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, or the prize will be forfeited.Eligibility.
