Former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez has found her way out of jail.
Authorities said that the actress Rodriguez was released from a Los Angeles County women's jail Wednesday after serving 18 days of a 180-day sentence for violating probation in a drunken driving case.
Rodriguez was released early under a program that deals with jail overcrowding by allowing nonviolent female inmates to serve as little as 10 percent of their sentence.
The 29-year-old actress played Ana-Lucia Cortez on "Lost" in the 2004-2005 season before being killed off the show.
Rodriguez was also released from jail early two years ago after she served just one day of a 60-day jail sentence for probation violation.
Explaining the early release, Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said as many as 50 women a day are released early because of jail overcrowding.
Rodriguez has also starred in the films "Girlfight," "Blue Crush," "S.W.A.T." and "Resident Evil."
She's also set to star opposite Sigourney Weaver in director James Cameron's action thriller "Avatar," set for a 2009 release.
