FBI Investigates Magician David Copperfield

Investigation Stems From Seattle Case

LAS VEGAS -- Officials have confirmed that magician David Copperfield is being investigated by the FBI, reported KVVU-TV.

Authorities wouldn't say what the investigation entailed, but did note that agents raided Copperfield's personal belongings in Las Vegas on Wednesday night.

The investigation stems from an ongoing case in Seattle.

Copperfield's representatives have been contacted for a statement, but they have not issued one at this time.
