Studio Offers Chance To 'Die' In Horror Film

'Hitcher' Contest Secures Film 'Death' For Winner

Horror movie fans now have the chance of a lifetime -- to get "killed" on film.

In conjunction with the release of Rogue Picture's upcoming horror thriller "The Hitcher," the studio has opened up their "Win a Chance to Get Killed On Film" contest. The "lucky" grand-prize winer will "die" in an upcoming Rogue horror film.

Fans can enter on the official site for "The Hitcher."

"The Hitcher" -- an update of the 1986 Rutger Hauer horror film of the same name -- stars Sean Bean ("The Lord of the Rings") as a mysterious hitchhiker who terrorizes a young college couple (Sophia Bush and Zachary Knighton) after they pick him up in a rainstorm.

The film opens in theaters Jan. 19.

Rogue Pictures has produced such films as the horror comedies "Shaun of the Dead" and "Seed of Chucky."
