The following closures have been announced because of Tropical Storm Edouard.

- Alvin ISD: All campuses and offices closed at 2 p.m. on Monday and will remain closed on Tuesday. Alvin Community College: All classes and events for Monday evening and Tuesday are canceled. Angleton ISD: Closed Tuesday Channelview ISD: Everything canceled for Tuesday. College of the Mainland: Evening classes canceled for Monday and all classes canceled on Tuesday. Crosby ISD: Closed on Tuesday. Deer Park ISD: All activities for employees and students have been canceled for Tuesday. Fort Bend ISD: All student activities canceled on Tuesday. Galena Park ISD closes at 2 p.m. Monday and will remain closed Tuesday. Galveston ISD: School district will be closed on Tuesday. Galveston College: No Monday evening or Tuesday classes will be held. Goose Creek Consolidated ISD: All activities will be canceled and all facilities will be closed beginning at 5 p.m. on Monday until noon on Wednesday. Hitchcock ISD: Closed Tuesday. Houston Baptist University: Classes canceled for Tuesday. Houston Community College: HCC will be closed at 5 p.m. on Monday and all day on Tuesday. Houston Independent School District: All student activities have been canceled for Tuesday. Houston Independent School District: A Summer Leadership Institute conference planned for Tuesday at Reliant Center has been canceled. The conference is expected to resume on Wednesday. Humble ISD: Summer school, professional development sessions and athletic activities canceled on Tuesday. Katy ISD: All student and staff activities are canceled for Tuesday. Klein ISD: All student and staff activities canceled for Tuesday. La Marque ISD: Closed on Tuesday. Lamar Consolidated ISD: Closed on Tuesday. La Porte ISD: All activities and facilities will be cancelled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. LeTourneau University: Closed on Tuesday. Lone Star College System Closed on Tuesday Magnolia ISD: Closed Tuesday EXCEPT for ESC Support Center North Forest ISD: Closed Tuesday Pasadena ISD: Closed at 2 p.m. on Monday and will remain closed on Tuesday. Pearland ISD: Closed Tuesday Remington College: Closed Tuesday; Make-up Day Friday Rice University: Closed Tuesday Santa Fe ISD: Closed on Tuesday. San Jacinto College: Closed on Tuesday. Sheldon ISD: All student activities were canceled after 4 p.m. Monday and all day on Tuesday. South Texas College of Law: The entire facility will be closed on Tuesday. Spring ISD: Summer school classes and student activities are canceled for Tuesday. Spring Branch ISD: Closed on Tuesday. Stafford Municipal School District: Closed on Tuesday. Texas City ISD: Canceled registration for Tuesday. Texas Southern University: The campus is closed and all classes are canceled as of 5 p.m. Monday. It will reopen Wednesday at 8 a.m. University of Houston-Clear Lake: Closed at 3 p.m. Monday and will remain closed until Wednesday. University of Houston-Downtown : Campus closed at 5 p.m. on Monday and will remain closed all day Tuesday. University of Houston-Sugar Land and University of Houston-Cinco Ranch: Closed on Tuesday. University of Phoenix - Clear Lake Learning Center: Closed Tuesday; all other campuses open at 5 p.m. University of St. Thomas: Classes and exams are canceled for Tuesday. University of Texas Health Science Center: Closed Tuesday Wharton County Junior College: Closed on Tuesday.
