SAN ANTONIO - Whataburger is celebrating a monumental milestone and offering up burgers at a budget price.

In honor of what would have been founder Harmon Dobson's 100th birthday, Whataburger invites fans to enjoy an original Whataburger for $1.00 plus tax  starting today October 8, from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. (dine in only).

"When Harmon Dobson opened the first Whataburger in 1950, his vision was to create a burger so good customers couldn't help but exclaim, ‘What a burger!'" said Whataburger Group Director of Corporate Communications Pam Cox. "Today would have marked Harmon's 100th birthday and we're celebrating by offering the original Whataburger for just $1.00 plus tax as a thank you to our customers for making Harmon's vision a reality."

Whataburger customers can claim this limited-time Facebook Offer through the Whataburger Facebook page and redeem it at any Whataburger location Tuesday evening. Airport locations are excluded from this offer.

After customers claim the Facebook offer, they will receive the offer in the email address associated with their individual Facebook account. They can, then, present the printed offer from their email or show it on their mobile device while dining at their local Whataburger Tuesday evening between 5:00 p.m and 8:00 p.m. No additional purchase required.
