Americans are growing tired of the social media experience.
According to a new survey from the American Consumer Satisfaction Index, Facebook and Twitter both saw a drop in satisfaction compared to last year. Facebook plummeted 9 percent, down to 68 percent, while Twitter dropped 8 points to 65 percent satisfaction.
While satisfaction dropped, the amount of time Americans are spending on social media is going up. Changes to newsfeeds, as well as intrusive ads, were the major complaints for Facebook and Twitter.
