Two Houston-natives tied for first in the statewide contest

HOUSTON, Texas – There are two first place winners for the H-E-B’s Primo Picks Quest for Texas Best contest. This is a statewide food competition and the winners received cash prizes and a coveted space on H-E-B store shelves in 2017. The goal of the contest is to give local businesses a chance to expand with H-E-B and allow customers access to local products.
