Eyes on Houston: Sunshine Kids Walton & Johnson donation

HOUSTON – The popular radio team of Walton and Johnson recently decided they wanted to help out the Sunshine Kids.

The Sunshine Kids help kids with cancer by providing activities that allows them to be kids once again and not patients.

They organize group trips and events where the kids can feel special and spend time with other kids going through the same cancer treatments and obstacles.

The radio duo decided they would sell the popular stainless steel drink cups, and their listeners responded.

Their $10,000 donation really helps the Sunshine Kids keep the kids busy, hopefully taking their minds off of cancer, if only for a little while.
