Simple Seafood Cioppino

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4-6

1-2 lbs. seafood of choice; shrimp, tilapia, salmon, crab, etc.  

1 jar Orti Di Calabria Marinara, Tomato Basil, or Arrabiatta

1 small onion and bell pepper, diced

½ cup red wine; Piccini Chianti or any wine of choice, optional

1 cup Central Market Organic Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth

1  can of chopped tomatoes, optional

1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil  

1 tablespoon Adam's Reserve House Rub OR Classic Italian Bread Dipper

  • Heat large pot to medium-high. Add olive oil and sauté onion and pepper.
  • Add pasta sauce, chicken broth, wine and Adam's seasoning. Add tomatoes, if desired.
  • Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add seafood and allow to simmer an additional 5-7 minutes.
