Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS:

2    lbs Chicken Wings

2    eggs, beaten

1    jar Canyon Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

  • Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho Rub
  • Oil for Frying

DIRECTIONS:

1.      Dip chicken wings in egg and then in Adams Rub.

2.      Heat skillet with oil or fryer to 350 degrees.

3.      Fry wings until golden brown.

4.      After cooked, toss wings in Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and serve

 Optional: Bake at 350 instead of frying.
