Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
4 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
½ stick of Butter, unsalted
3 Tablespoons HEB Basting Oil
½ cup candied pecans, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Boil potatoes in water over high heat until tender.
2. Drain off water and add butter to potatoes. Mash potatoes.
3. Stir in butter, Basting Oil, and pecans. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
