Easy Mediterranean Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag thin pasta, capellini preferred
  • 1 jar Canyon Foods Basil Pine Nut Pesto
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh grated or shredded parmesan, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • toss warm pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes.
  • Finish pasta with parmesan cheese.
  • Try with pan seared or grilled shrimp!
