- 1 bag thin pasta, capellini preferred
- 1 jar Canyon Foods Basil Pine Nut Pesto
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh grated or shredded parmesan, optional
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- toss warm pasta with pesto and sundried tomatoes.
- Finish pasta with parmesan cheese.
Try with pan seared or grilled shrimp!
