Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Mango Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pork Tenderloin

3 Tablespoons Adams Rib, Roast, Steak Rub

DIRECTIONS:

1. Coat all sides of pork with rub.

  • Grill: Heat grill over medium-high heat and cook pork for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
  • Bake: Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

2. Serve Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Mango Chutney (recipe below).

 

Fresh Mango Chutney:

1 Mango, cubed

½ Cup Red Onion, sliced thinly

¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

½ Jar Cookwell Mango Green Apple Sweat Heat

Mix ingredients and chill until served.
