1 jar Cookwell and Company Green Chile Stew
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup HEB Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese OR substitute 8 oz H-E-B EZ Melt or Velveeta, cubed, for cream and cheese
- Brown ground turkey in a large pot on medium-high heat.
- Add in cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
- When cheese is melted, add in Green Chile Stew and allow to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy with cornbread!
