Agave Dijon Glazed Pork Ribeyes with Fresh Mango Chutney
1 package pork ribeyes
2-3 tablespoons Texas Hot and Spicy OR House Rub
2 tablespoons Ottavio Gran Reserva or Private Reserve Olive Oil
1 jar Cookwell and Company Agave Dijon Glaze, use as desired
1 cup fresh diced mango
1/3 fresh diced purple onion
¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
- Season ribeyes with oil and rub.
- Heat grill to medium high and grill ribeyes for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature has reached at least 145 degrees.
- While ribeyes are cooking, mixed together mango, cilantro, onion, and lime juice together in a small bowl.
- Remove ribeyes from grill and glaze with Agave Dijon. Top ribeyes with fresh mango chutney and enjoy over mixed greens, grilled vegetables, or rice!
