KPRC Local 2 anchor Rachel McNeill will once again host a golf tournament to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Houston.

The "Fore the Kids' Sake" Golf Classic will take place on Monday, Sept. 10, at Wildcat Golf Club, 12000 Almeda Road.

The registration opens at 11 a.m. with the shotgun start beginning at 12:30 p.m. An awards ceremony and reception will take place at 6 p.m.

"I love being the host of this tournament," Rachel said. "It's been a lot of fun, but more importantly, I believe in the cause. I've seen firsthand how mentorship can really change a child's life."

The tournament will feature specials such as the Longest Drive and the Closest to the Pin contests, a light lunch and dinner.  

"The funds raised from this event will put Big Brothers Big Sisters one step closer to matching every child in our organization," said Ron Hadley, the Greater Houston president of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
