For decades civil rights leaders fought against the n-word and its use as a slur.   Fast forward to today and the term has resurfaced in Hip Hop music, movies and many more.  This program, recorded at Houston Community College Southwest on Feb. 21, 2013, features a distinguished panel breaking down the meaning of the word and debates its use in today’s entertainment and youth culture.
