Uninsured Drivers To Be Towed In Richmond, Rosenberg
Owners Must Have Insurance, Pay Impound Costs To Get Car Back

HOUSTON -- Commuters who travel through the Richmond-Rosenberg area should have current insurance coverage or their car could be confiscated, KPRC Local 2 reports.Drivers caught without their proof of insurance beginning Wednesday will be ticketed and have their vehicle impounded.To get a vehicle released, the car's owner will have to show proof of insurance and pay the impound costs.
